Upon scheduling your first session with Janine, there is an intake form with questions for you to
answer regarding your history.

of socks.
When you arrive, Janine will explain her office policy and answer any questions you may have.

Getting to know each other and what you, the client, would like to focus on.
On the Table:
Sitting in a chair or lying on a cushioned table fully clothed, the client learns to listen as the synergist
heightens awareness using touch with verbal exploration of the clients experience. Drawing from metaphor
helps the client discover the relevance of recycling patterns or obstacles. Reframing and imagery experiences
Integration: A re-entry period for the client to assimilate the discoveries made
on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual levels before returning to the of the rest of your day.
Many clients report feeling refreshed as they re-enter their lives following a session. Some report feeling tired
as they complete the internal processing of the profound experience of change that began on the table. When scheduling a session,
be sure to allow for a few minutes of quiet, reflective time after leaving the office.
